I searched for this but didin't find anything. I can't pin point what triggers or what causes the problem, but the right click function on the mouse quits working at times. The only way to get it to work again is to die and respawn.
Is this a known issue?
Yes, it's a known issue.
It's triggered by getting in and out of the passenger seat of a vehicle. Once you get out, you can't aim down sights until you die and respawn.
Try entering the vehicle and exiting it again and see if that fixes it or try switching to your pistol and switching back.
I'm pretty sure it has to do if you have an under barrel attachment, for example the GL launcher. I have this issue all the time while using SFAR-GL
