As the title says, its time for PC players to opt out of Dice's failed cross play experiment. As long as they coddle consoles with reduced recoil, sticky aim and snap aim, their is ZERO hope for PC. ...

Join the revolution, let the babies have their bottles, and let's show Dice what a PC gaming community can do together in a fair fight. Aren't you tired of being fodder for Dice? We've learned we can't rely on Dice, let's rely on each other.

I tried to play with crossplay off ( PC only ), and i honestly have to say that it didn't made it better for me. First it took a long..long wait till i finaly joined a populated game( 64 and 128)....some games i had to wait a long time for more players. Also the gameplay was the same as ever...totaly messed up. I believe because of all the broken/ missing stuff this game provide, that for me personaly the real problem is bigger then crossplay. I believe it's more like missing a SB/PS and the broken Netcode/TTK/TTD/Hitreg...give it a name.
I never really had/have an issue playing against PC players hence the reason I don't complain about it much. I just thought it was already the bad net code and the game itself. But if separating fixes the issue then I am all for it. But it will never happen with 2042 as there are just not enough players now for each system to find a full game.

Consoles would be fine. Pc maybe not though but given the pc elitism shown in OP that is fine with me

What if separating PC and Consoles solved the issue of netcode? What if the cause of the inconsistent TTK/TTD was a result of trying to make incompatible system talk to each other? It would stink if it’s an XBox / PS5 issue. Until they tweaked the console aim assist for season 2, I didn’t care about the PC versus console wars. I was into gamers being gamers. I’m far from a PC elitist, being accused of that is actually hilarious to me or to anyone who knows me. I do want a fair fight however, and 2042 is no longer providing that. My first hardcore gaming sessions was Metal Gear Solid on PS2. I still have scars on my thumbs from Tony Hawk Pro Skater lol. I discovered BF1942 and the modding community on PC though, and committed to that. Still have a PS3 and 4, played the hell out of different GTA games. I’m not the one who says M&K are superior to controllers, console players say that. I believe them. If that makes me an elitist then so be it, call me what y’all want. I am tired of all the hackusations these forums are full of, there is a substantial level of hate towards PC players here. I won’t lose any sleep over PSUBond thinking I’m an *. I watch console players walk into a room and laser other players with no recoil. That not netcode, that’s the game playing itself for you. If console players are ok with that, that’s fine for you but not fair to the non-assisted players. I know full well the player base for 2042 is small, the next BF is the one I’m focussed on. We can’t have a repeat of this monstrosity. 🤞

Come on now. You can't callout console players for being hyperbolic/overstating the PC advantage, then two sentences later commit the same crime. Well.. I guess you can, in fact you did... but it's not persuasive.
