Spent $120 on this game, grinded my * all the way to L32 JUST for the pkp, then realized it can't have attachments. WHY? So you can sell us the good lmgs later? Support had always been my favorite role, especially in battlefield 4. This game was marketed to bf4 players. Give the pkp attachments or give me a refund.
The PKP-BP has attachments to unlock like every other gun. I was just using it last night after unlocking it, and killed some people and got the holo sight unlocked.
There are multiple unlocks for it like all other guns, for some reason you get 3 sights (if i remember right) then there's a fairly large kill gap before you start unlocking some muzzle devices and such.
If you're having trouble getting kills with it in the default state, fire up a solo game against bots and work on some unlocks there before going back to AOW.
Also, it's absolutely not a run-and-gun LMG, though it gets better once you get a vertical brake but you're going to have to use that bipod unless you set it to single shot.
(which actually makes it a decent DMR with a massive magazine. Sort of)
