Player telling people in chat to [Edit - Admin.]

I've seen thos same user many times being extremely toxic ingame on Bf2042. I've tried reporting but nothing seems to happen so thought I'd post here maybe grab somebody's attention so something could be done about it. Latest, he's telling people ingame to [Edit - Admin.], is this something that bf2042 and ea allow? So far it certainly seems like it.. 

CM edit: removed image and name. As per forum guideles:

  • Don't "name and shame." If you see a suspected cheater, please report them by using the appropriate tools. We can't take any action against such accounts on Answers HQ, and such posts can lead to harassment.

    We are not allowed to name of shame anyone in the forums.

    If someone is nasty to you ingame, you need to use the ingame report feature. There is a specific option for reporting chat activity there.

    go to the scoreboard/squad menu select the name and click report

    If someone is nasty to you ingame, you need to use the ingame report feature. There is a specific option for reporting chat activity there.

    go to the scoreboard/squad menu select the name and click report

    Sorry but thats a silly rule...

    Like i wrote, I have reported plenty times ingame yet i still see this player ingame and continue to be toxic. 

    You can delete this thread then, I have zero faith in the team anymore..enabling and allowing cyber bullying smh

    @EA_Leeuw Can you refer me to your superior that i coudd possibly speak to in thia case? This is very serious subject yet you don't seem to think so.

    Ofcourse.

    I followed the information given, even before posting here. 

    Yet nothing has changed. Swbody telling others to *snip* isn't right, yet they've been allowed to continue... nevermind then.. "I've had a very positive experience here thanks for helping"

    CM edit: there is no need for that on the forums.
