To clarify, what is up with people joining into match gamemodes and then just...not playing the mode properly? I had six consecutive matches tonight with a team (which is shuffled each round no less)...

@Moab23 Spot on and been getting worse since the launch. and the rework of the maps just fuels that mindset.
this is what happens when there is zero incentive to win the match, aside from a little extra XP.
give people a reason to PTFO, or at least, work well as a squad, and you will see an improvement.
I think the problem with tying XP or some reward with wins is that then you'd have everyone complaining about unbalanced matches and how they're getting robbed of EX points or rewards. There's really no way to resolve it, just hope to get a squad together and influence the outcome of the match
