It's unfortunate to hear that you have this playing experience, however, I'm afraid that I have to tell you that this is just a case of pure 'bad luck'. The system puts you on a side wherever there is a spot available. Unfortunately there is nothing that can be done about this. However, I appreciate your feedback.

Maybe rethink the whole no persistent lobby or server browser thing then.
The unfortunate experience is a direct result of dropping those in favor of the matchmaking system.
It's rather a shame you think so little of your customers.
