Well i am not much of a jurist, i was just looking for something coming out of a bit of people's goodwill considering the points i gave.
Now your questions seem important, but i can't answer them myself. I know very little of this, especially international right. I could try say something but i'm not confident enough in this, far from it.
So i prefer saying nothing than saying something wrong.
All i can say is GDPR applies where i live, i heard a bit about it. I dont remember if the game asked me anything, was some years ago.

I see your point. What I don't understand is — respectfully — what is the difference between 127 players 'watching how you play' vs. say, 10000 people watching it...?
If this is the case: we've all played matches where we've been embarrassed by top players. No offense, but just ignore what someone may or may not think of you...
If the problem is messaging, yes, I got messages from random players after a match and they were all innocuous. Many funny; some calling me a "rat" (going down 0-5 is not taken lightly by some...?); others complaining "why did you not revive me?" (I did not notice is the answer). Chill and all be well.

Well in my view, in a given match there are not really 127 players watching me, but a fraction of it.
I may often only encounter 30-50 players in a given match, and not all of them at once. Maybe i'll just have one opponent on screen or vicinity most of the time. Where 10k viewers with a good view/sound on me for for some time would be much more people.
Also real players are busy playing their game for the most part, where viewers are more subject to looking around the screen and noticing details. So, many more people may watch me from it, and they are also more available than regular players to do so.
Like i remember in another BF game some years ago, my char once was downed for 10 minutes instead of a few seconds. I never asked for it. I never cheat or anything, maybe there is my very bad K/D somewhere you can see. Say the bug is so that any medic could res me.If i'm unlucky on the visual setup people might think i cheat.
One busy player seing me being ressed after being downed for 2 minutes may ignore it, or perform one report cause he feels grumpy. Now put a big streamer instead watching that. You may end up with 1k reports and receive a heavy ban. In the same situation, that nearly happened to me some years ago.
I could imagine so many sitations like this that it would be endless. Again, numbers matter. There is a reason why people often feel better in toilets than in a crowded train station as another example, people don't dare do the same things for a reason.
Also, as to ignore what people think of you : i kind of do that too. But it depends on the situation. I already got harassed daily in another MMO for around one year and it didn't feel good. There is a limit to what people can ignore. You seem to imagine casual conversations, and yes BF has mostly casual ones, but things are not always this way. And things can reach outside of the game too is you are out of luck.
