Please add option to disable parachutes in Portal.

I'd like to create a server with some mil sim style aspects, specifically - I want to create a server with parachutes disabled so helicopters have to land / hover to drop off players.

I had a look at the rules editor available in the new "Custom Conquest" mode, and went through most of the inventory blocks and couldn't find anything that refers to the parachute.

Are there any blocks in the rules editor which allow you to disable the parachute?

If not - could you please add a "soldier" modifier to allow parachutes to be disabled.

It would be better if they could be enabled or disabled for specific classes, and have a separate modifier that enables / disables parachutes for players spawning in air vehicles
