Please Create Default Portal 128P All Map modes

As above.

There should be default playlists for each of the portal modes with the following settings:

* Using Conquest Normal (ie, not the large 2042 versions)

* For each of the four games.

* With no other changes.

* On all the maps included.

And actually host some servers.

Trying to get such a basic experience is impossible. 

In Sydney you can't even make a 128 player server without it being hosted in the USA and giving you 180 ping.
