Please give us an answer, will the devs look into improving squad cooperation?

Looking for answers from the guardians or the CMs

Edit: I posted this between games. Squad leaders never give out orders and try to coordinate. And when I give orders, no one backs me up. Please create different squad types for people that want to spawn on team mates and go solo and another for people that like to stick close to their squad. PLEASE!

    @Kona_uk yep with 2-3K active players, the return on investment is negative to just keep 2 employees working on the game, let alone a full staff. They will do the bare minimum in between, release the 4 seasons they already have built and just have bug fixes, then move on from this title as quick as they can.

    I believe squad perks need to be rewarded to squads that capture objectives, revive each other, and in assist kills. 

    Rewards such as additional armor, grenades, or some special vehicle. Bottom line some type of tangible incentive for the entire squad, not just the leader, to gain.
