Please let the Casper drone retain the ability to EMP the Gadgets

The patch notes are not 100% clear but just in case: Please let the Casper drone continue to be able to destroy other gadgets just like the MAV in older games. It is ok if it cannot  bother vehicles...

@UP_Hawxxeye Easy +1. I don't mind not being able to EMP vehicles, but I think thst gadgets should still be fair game.
