Please let the Casper drone retain the ability to EMP the Gadgets

The patch notes are not 100% clear but just in case: Please let the Casper drone continue to be able to destroy other gadgets just like the MAV in older games. It is ok if it cannot  bother vehicles...

@UP_Hawxxeye They could just introduce another EMP grenade that only works on electronic equipment, not vehicles, and call it something else. EDD, electronic device destructor haha! :;
