Please let the Casper drone retain the ability to EMP the Gadgets

The patch notes are not 100% clear but just in case: Please let the Casper drone continue to be able to destroy other gadgets just like the MAV in older games. It is ok if it cannot  bother vehicles...

@UP_Hawxxeye Keeping the ability to EMP gadgets is outright mandatory for dealing with faraway vehicle campers with Irish APSes, I still don't know why DICE hasn't addressed this in any way.

    First they already nerfed the EMP effect of the drone and the grenades to vehicles together with Rao’s hacking abilities, and now they take away the drone’s EMP effect completely. SMH
