Please Make Tactical Conquest Permanent
So I just started playing the liquidator event this week and I am not to afraid to say it: I love Tactical Conquest in Battlefield 2042.
The Specialist limit is a really nice touch that makes the choice of Specialist feel like it really matters. And this is even before the class changes kick in. I can imagine it being even more awesome once that patch roll out!
The 8v8 and 16v16 playerlimit makes squad play feel really important. As advertised in the description of the event; individual player decisions matter much more.
The small player count also makes the game run silky smooth. Like it is hard to go back to any other mode, smooth.
I do however have some feedback if you continue to feature this mode:
Rounds can sometimes feel a bit too short- often ending at around 7-9 minutes or less if you really stomp. Maybe increase the ticket count slightly or decrease ticket bleed when one team has sector majority! This is only really troublesome because it feels like the round ends just as you are about to get on a roll.
It would be nice with some alternative map layers with objectives maybe changing between certain iterations. As an example; Breakaway could have a variation where the fighting takes place on the Oil Rig. The three objectives could be the Office Area A, Rooftop B, Container Storage C. I know it might feel a bit cramped for 16v16, but maybe for the 8v8 variation then?
