Please remove ability to switch to the winning team

On console you can switch to the other team. This is abused all the time. People who are on the losing team switches to the winning team, leaving the losing team even worse off. Please remove the ...

@Its_Travis_199 from what has been said AI would never stop a player joining.

What should happen
* Joining a server should put players on the side with the least players.
* Joining on a friend should still occur.
* No team swapping during match.
If you join a server and then wish to join a friend on the other team then you should wait until round end.

We didn't talk about the "joining a server" effect of Bots. For sure if players want to join, Bots will like leave and a player can get in.

We just talked about switching teams within the match, and i guess it won't be a big possibility as it's been said Bots are supposed to fill up servers, which means the teams should be pretty balanced and filled up constantly (hopefully)
