Please remove or give option to turn off Tinnitus effect

I have tinnitus and while there are games I don't mind for example Battlefield 1 has a Tinnitus effect, in that game the sound effect is very mild and short and doesn't bother my tinnitus. But for B...

      Sorry, but how is that equal?? I mean he will literally have an advantage because explosion sound will not "cover" any other sounds. What next? please turn on thermal vision for me because I'm colorblind? Instead he can just lower the overall sound to bare minimum and that will resolve his problem.

        @ZORDCOMRAD He's asking for an adjustable option. He's not asking to turn it off for everyone.

        Frankly, I think this suggestion is none of your business.
