Please remove or give option to turn off Tinnitus effect

I have tinnitus and while there are games I don't mind for example Battlefield 1 has a Tinnitus effect, in that game the sound effect is very mild and short and doesn't bother my tinnitus. But for B...

Thats exactly what I'm talking about he is asking for advantage  for himself, not everyone. It will be more fair if they will turn it off for everyone by default because this is literally an advantage

@ZORDCOMRAD Adjustable means it is available for everyone. Colorblind mode is available for everyone too and adjustable.

    Its a colorblind mode, not thermal vision. So it gives no advantage to you. Anyways this conversation is useless, sorry for wasting your time, have a great day!
