Please remove the magic unlimited flares for air

It's unbelievably unbalanced. They just fire off a flare and fly to the max hight or away until it regens, and then back again, rinse and repeat over and over and over.  It's absurd. They should onl...

I think flare regen just needs to be 1 second longer to be properly balanced - I've fired a ton of Stiglas only to be countered literally at the last second with the pilot flailing

@TTZ_Dipsy Make that 2 full seconds. It wouldnt hurt to give a random hit or miss-chance to the flares, would be more authentic to how they work that way.
