Please remove the Squad order countdown

It should be like BFV, which worked fine. First, I want a brief notice telling me which squadmate requested an order. Then the notice should go away. That way I'm not stressed by a constant countdown, AND I know which annoying person to kick from my squad if he keeps spamming requests.
For pinging the objective, the only way I get it to work is to ping the edge.
I kept getting that alert and I was pinging the heck out of the objective, and once I pinged the edge it worked consistently.
We should be able to do it on the map and minimap.
You can also use the CommoRose to Request/ Place an order on a point if you hold Q/ Right Bumper?
