I always thought that the main incentive for squad leader and following orders was sticking together supporting each other's actions on the battlefield and winning. Often after marking an objective and going there I am alone. Then after checking my map I see my squad everywhere else on the but there. Which is the main reason why I can not stand being squad leader, and often just immediately give the role to someone else if it lands on me.
The squad order countdown is annoying especially when it seems to only appear at times when I am in a situation where unable to make a squad order. Too busy getting shot at at trying to survive. Are there extra points for executing orders now? I saw something pop up on the screen once that said "order executed," but was not sure if it was myself or a squad member that completed the task.

Once I see people spam requesting orders, and then not follow my orders simply because they’re trying to get squad leadership, I give them exactly what they want; squad leadership…..in a squad of their own!
