its highly annoying and it literally passes the SQ Leader around like a hot potato until SOMEONE actually does the work.
This is not how it should work. If someone REQUESTS an Order THEN yes, start the countdown, if a squad is too lazy to actually request a order, then who cares.

Players who do not want orders, do not care about who is the leaderNo it works as @AOD_CapStar362 described. Last Monday night I was playing with my friends and we're in a full squad. None of us cares who's squad lead in that case and we don't need to use the squad order system as we are in a party discussing our strategies. Yet the countdown happened to all of us and leadership was passed on from one to the next. I sometimes gave orders only to get rid of the stupid timer hindering my view.
So yes Dice, please get rid of this system of auto rotation and the countdown, and only show a pop-up in case another player requests an order. If squad leader does not adhere within a certain amount of time (no need to have that visible on screen) pass on leadership to the requestor.
