Portal AI use the same weapons

Why whenever I play Portal with PVP AI the AI use the same weapons all the time? Is there anyway to have the AI use a variety of weapons when the AI play as 2042 players?

@creepnpeep It works but the AI doesn't really move that much anymore. Is that because of the 60 wait time?

@Soccer5se I think ai movement is improved if you set them to a higher difficulty - intermediate or advanced.

Wait times between weapon switching won’t effect ai solider movement or movement speed.

But you are right in saying that ai are not incredibly active or enthusiastic about moving!
In fact, I find the ai in the other factions a lot more varied and active (BC2/ BF3).

I’ve also noticed that the ai don’t really sprint, even if you turn on ai soldier sprint in the portal builder site.

The only things at your disposal regarding ai movement are:
Ai solder movement speed adjustment
Ai sprint on/off
