Same Problem here. I did a really nice Server who even balance unequal teams and it has lower damage. It is fun to play.

But the most player leave when they recognize, they got not the full xps.

This is mad and a poor job by EA.

@lodwar99 That's how it looks like ... Time is running out, people are moving from battlefield to "competitive series" (I mean cod), season 3 is about to start and no one from Dice is even going to say if they will ever do anything about it.

    Is it jumping to wrong conclusion then to assume:  If EA do not say that they will fix it, it means:  EA will not fix it?  :o)
