Portal Change Teams and Select Fireteam Ability

We need the ability to choose what team players are on and also swap teams if we want to join our friends or go against them for example. This is huge for clans as well! More content

We need following

1)Admin ability to move players either team 

2) Player ability to change teams

3) Ability to pick our own fireteam

4) Ingame voice channel selection
