Portal codes from made games always invalid

This has been happening for a few weeks now, where without reason suddenly all codes for my newly made games are always reading as invalid or a validation error. Just short of deleting the game and trying again I'm not sure what else to try to fix this. I've remade the portals, edited and resaved them, and had others try the codes with no luck. Any advice appreciated
