Portal editor is up

So, is it not possible to allow people on the same team to choose soldiers from different games? I was trying to set up a simple TDM with all 13 maps, but when I got to Teams, it shows I have to either choose Map Default soldiers, or game specific soldiers for each team. Isn't there a way to leave it open for players to choose any soldier from any game, no matter what team they are on? Is this just a limitation of the preview, or is that just the way it is?
