Portal server not listed under "browse servers"

If I create a portal experience it is only listed in the browser when I do a search for it by name. Other servers in my region and in other regions, when you click,' portal, browse" there are a whole...

My server is there after all. It's just not showing up in the main portal browser. If your server is empty, you have to do a specific search for it by name or by your local region - that's when all the empty portal servers will be listed as well.

I searched on the exact name of my server using both the 'Server Name' and 'Experience Name' options, and nothing came up. I have no idea how to find my so-called "Persistent Server" after I have left it, especially if it is empty. Does this feature actually work? From what I can tell, it does not work for me.
