Currently the PP-29 is a broken weapon to which many players (especially PCs) are abusing it to make easy kills during games. such a weapon should be locked and released once fixed. The problem is that it is too precise even from the distance and the recoil effect is too light and easy to control, little dispersion and the damage is too high for a SMG with 52 shots.The dispersion of shots from medium and long range must certainly be increased, the recoil factor when firing in full burst even from close range and reduced the damage from 30 to 20 and with the 52-round magazine still reduced by 5 points. then it can be considered an indoor weapon, where it does its duty and not in the open countryside where it is stronger than an M5A3 !!!

@KingSnake1988 It isn't broken.It's just the other weapons have too much bloom, so it makes you think the PP29 is broken because it barely has any bloom at all. It's the only normal feeling weapon.If they take the bloom out of AR's, the PP29 would get melted by them at range.Don't ask for a gun to be nerfed simply because it's the only one that doesn't have any bloom issues. The other guns need to be brought up to the same level.

It's called SPREAD. It's always been called SPREAD. SPREAD (short for bullet spread) + RECOIL = these are the industry terms BLOOM = industry standard for a GRAPHICAL EFFECT around objects/LIGHTING. Has NOTHING to do with weapon characteristics. Helps me realize who I'm communicating to though, and your claims of PP29 being NOT broken makes sense coming from you lot. The pp29 is TERRIBLY broken. It suffers from ZERO spread, just recoil. You can literally hold down the trigger adjusting ONLY for recoil from ANY distance. THIS makes it a broken weapon, as NO OTHER weapon in the game is MISSING Spread. They suffer from spread the same way EVERY gun in EVERY GAME does. The pp29 suffers SOLELY from recoil. It takes next to NO skill to use this weapon. Anyone who uses this weapon, and kills 4 people with 1 magazine, thinks they're gods. You're not. You're using a broken weapon. I've used it. It's FAR TOO EASY to collect kills. Aim, hold trigger, collect. I would argue that the whole SMG category of weapons in this game are over-tuned. The MP9 might be the only SMG not completely dominant. The PP29, and SVK, are terribly over powered weapons. (CM: Edited to switch out baiting term)

PP29 is fine. It's the other guns that are currently broken.

@CIMDude Don't nerf the PP-29 so much as bring everything else up to the levels they should be. The PP-29 is stupid good, I just unlocked it and holy crap, but I was doing OK with the initial SMG as well, far better than with the M5A3 or (God forbid) the AK-24 and its sky-high recoil. (NOTE TO BLIZZARD: The AK-24 would shoot 5.45x39mm like the AK-74 and AK-12. 5.45x39mm is a low-recoil round. This is not the old 7.62x39mm from the AK-47 which had more kick.)

@KingSnake1988Have you actually tried using it for long distance kills? Its horrible at that (as it should be)

It is great at close range and can be used at medium to, but as BrickTop wrote its more the fact that the ARs are completely broken that make the SMGs seem overpowered.

The SMGs, DMR's and snipers are all perfect as is. The LMGs seem a bit underpowered and the ARs are completely broken.

I agree with that the SMG's outclass the ARs.
They need a small tweak/nerf and the ARs would look way better balance-wise.

@KingSnake1988 I was sniped with the PP from at least a few hundred yards away. If nothing is done I'll just use the PP myself and be on the same playing field as everyone else. Seems like that's the only gun being used.

Not broken just good at close range. ARs need a fix thats for sure.

@Krakengt11I'd add NTW-50 to list of OP weapons. It's one bodyshot kill to 100 meters or something and I just learned that it can destroy tanks. I was in a tank and wondering what the hell is hitting me and doing tons of damage. It was NTW-50.

@Lykosia The NTW-50 will be the defacto "omg im a quick scope god" weapon - when in reality, any half-chromosoned kid can body shot in a milli second.

I hope these weapons get nerfed properly.
