Pre-Order & EA Play Early Access Trial issues

EA Play members who have pre-ordered Battlefield 2042 Standard Edition on the EA app can launch the early access trial from the Game Hub on the EA app on November 12. To start your early access trial, please go to the Battlefield 2042 Game Hub and click on "Download"

Once the download is complete you should have the option to start your trial by clicking "Play"

1. Launch the EA app.
2. Go to the Battlefield 2042 game hub by searching for the game. (if launched through the Xbox app, this will happen automatically)
3. Click on the "Download" button on the banner on top.
4. The EA app download option appears.
5. Download and install the trial.

If you are still unable to access the Battlefield 2042 early access trial, please let us know.

*NOTE: This issue will not affect EA Play members who have NOT pre-ordered Battlefield 2042 Standard Edition. Pre-loading Battlefield 2042 is not available for EA Play members, and therefore, EA Play members will have access to the early access trial when it goes live on November 12.
