"Pre-Loading" in sense of video games, is essentially when you are able to download a given game to your own local gaming rig (PC or gaming console) before it is actually being released and available for everyone to play in the open market.

Aka, so when a game is coming out on the release day, you can actually then start to play it instantly from like at midnight that day, without having first to start the download of the game files at that time.

EA is doing the same here now also for their Beta gameplay session.  So all interested players can start the pre-load (download) the game files 1-2 days in advance of when the game is going live for the beta testing/gaming.

This is very helpful, especially for players that have slow internet connections, and the full download would typically take hours for them to complete.  So with this pre-load option, then more players will be able and ready to join the first gameplaying right away.

With the pre-ordered license that you have, you will have access to- and be able to do the pre-loading of the game also.
