Preorder Bonus for bf2042

i preordered this back in july and when the beta came around, i got sent a code for both the early beta and the bonuses, i’ve entered it multiple times and restarted the game but they haven’t appeare...

    Yes and i received another one

    They said it was a faulty code

It was for ps4. I checked the 'Add On' section under the game and only the add ons for 'Year 1 Pass' and 'Ultimate Upgrade'
