@ArhnusYes. As long as you overlap your subscription with the purchase of the appropriate stand-alone edition of the game, there will be no interruption or loss of in-game items or bonuses.
As @IIPrest0nII mentioned, if you let your subscription expire without a stand-alone edition, you will lose the respective items.
