Steam and Origin gives you 2 hours to try the game and an option to refund it if you have any technical difficulties with the game.
Therefore, will the open beta hrs be counted as full game hours? or Will preordering game and playing open beta early be counted as an actual game played?
@PrimalAgeNo. The Open Beta is stand-alone and separate from the full-game trial or even playing the full-game at all.
Beta progress does not carry over to the full game whatsoever. Also, simply downloading and playing the Open Beta is completely free. The only advantage to pre-ordering, as it relates to the Beta, is early access to the Beta on October 6th.So, please enjoy all that the Open Beta has to offer without any fear of using any trial time!
