This and no all chat are changes I am in favor of. It really reduces the negativity/trolling. But you say, why not give the option and I can just turn it off if I don't like it? Because if they gave people the option, then people would turn it off and continue to troll/insult/etc. If they can't see their own cursing, and know 100% that other people can't see their cursing either, it really takes away from the "fun" of it and discourages them from bothering to type it at all.
