Having the same issue. All weapons and vehicle progression has frozen. Super frustrating.

I was playing Solo only at first - I noticed that it was tracking until they announced the XP gain changes, and *nothing* tracks progression in Solo anymore.

For me that's about 50% of the game now effectively made pointless for me, as I only play Breakthrough on Multiplayer and I like to plink bots when I'm not feeling like paying too much attention.
