Progression not working properly for weapons and vehicles (Solo/Coop AI)

Got it here too, progression for most weapons and vehicles seems to be totally locked for solo, co-op, and multiplayer for all out warfare. This issue has been reported a ton on the reddit megathread for bug reporting, hopefully the devs get the message soon.
