For me BF4 has been my favourite for a long time - and yet somehow I'm still waiting for BF5. Only getting a console and playing BF3 for maybe a week before BF4 came out is probably one of my biggest disappointments, as I remember people saying how 3 was really good as well.
To be brutally honest, if things don't turn around pretty quickly with sorting these issues out, BF2042 might finally be the last one I buy and play until they prove they can actually sort their development issues out. It's about time they made one that actually works moderately well on reasonable server provisions from day one.
