Progression not working properly for weapons and vehicles (Solo/Coop AI)

@iBeKrudei What annoys me the most is the fix is so simple; just make each gun require a certain amount of damage for each upgrade instead of kills. 500 damage done to enemy players (not vehicles so people don't farm tanks) for the unlock instead of using 5 kills for the unlock requirement. BOOM, problem solved with bot farming.
