Finally got an answer back from the EA Help Twitter account, they either don't know what the issue is or they're deflecting because I was asked to submit an official bug report using a form they linked.
This was on Twitter, I think the forum is fine.
so I tried pvp again - absolutely unplayable, when I leave out the constant problems with connections, lags, and absolutely op helicopters and other vehicles, so what I really just can't go through is that when I shoot half a magazine into the enemy with direct hit and he's completely calm turns and kills me in two hits ???? are you serious ? starting to be serious but really really upset about the overall approach to us solo / coop players, it took them 4 days to fix some stupid shield as long as we have to wait before graciously making it possible to make the solo / coop procedure available to us again, THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE, this not something i paid for the ultimate edition! immediately return the procedure to the solo / coop or return the money to us !!! WE ARE DISCHARGED FROM ETERNAL WAITING AND YOUR SILENCE
