@Coji4000 Thank you very much for this information mate. Considering it has been a bug this whole time, I don't understand why it was so difficult for them to say something like "We're aware of this issue, currently it's a bug and we're working on a fix for it" ...something along those lines wouldn't of been that hard to say would it EA?!
@iBeKrudeiI don't want to be a Negative Nancy but I don't have a whole lotta faith that the support ticket responder actually knows exactly what the problem being asked about was, or even confused it with any of the other unlock bugs there are.
even just acknowledgement of the issue would have gone a long way!
Players just need to feel heard and the whole community that supports development studios like EA will remain loyal if they know what is going on and they were just honest.
“we are aware of an issue and working on it please be patient”
And with bungie just dropping the halo infinite multiplayer 3 weeks early wouldn’t be surprised if the number of players drops dramatically between now and official launch/fix later this week.
