I feel sad, because despite the issues I am having fun, but it's a love/hate fun. I enjoy the play, but not progressing just demotivates me so much; like the joy of killing a work out, but not getting stronger, the great feeling of a job well done but no reward...
You nailed it. I'm enjoying the game itself overall, but when I'm putting in the work and end up with nothing unlocked for my favorite weapons, it really sucks the fun out of it. We all make a conscious effort to set personal goals of leveling up our loadouts while still supporting the team to victory and when you feel great about your progress only to check after the match and learn that nothing you did registered, it really burns.
I just got a message from EA Support on twitter saying that this is a known issue and they apologized for the delay in a reply...
