Progression not working properly for weapons and vehicles (Solo/Coop AI)

I personally could have lived with most bugs, glitches and flawed/stupid design decisions just playing Solo/Coop but they took it away from me. Playing a game with leveling, progression and unlocks without any of it or very limited amount is just plain pointless.
