Progression not working properly for weapons and vehicles (Solo/Coop AI)

I agree with everyone on the whole "PvP sucks" opinion. Working a full time job (surrounded by idiots) is stressful enough. The last thing I wanna do is come home and play a game that causes me to rage at some no-life 12 year old. Eff that. That's why I'm playing a nice, fun single player game of Far Cry 6 at the moment. Lol
