@DespicableDoz Did you use a credit card? Most CC companies are very good about refunds if you call and explain that they removed promised content and delivered a product other than the one advertise; Capitol1 is good with this.

@gbullock32 Yes mu credit card is linked to my Xbox account so all purchases go through it.
It seems like the right thing to go via Xbox Support in the first instance as they haven't ever done me wrong in the 17 years I've had Xbox Live and this will be the first time ever that I've asked for a refund.

- 4 years ago@DespicableDoz Yeah, been here before CC company is usually very understanding and gives 0 fks about EA so they just refund you to keep the customer happy, and EA can argue it all they want, fact is the product delivered is not as promised. Monday is my deadline, either it's fixed or I get my $90 back and EA can lick my taint.
