Progression not working properly for weapons and vehicles (Solo/Coop AI)

Someone with a twitter account could advise @_Tom_Henderson_ about this thread and tell him we are starting a firecamp .. his someone... i think...

like i can rely even solo players are not happy with the game at current state...
