Progression not working properly for weapons and vehicles (Solo/Coop AI)

My super hind is stuck on 64/150 for the cannon and I'm playing multiplayer AOW, not even against bots and I get no progress on series x. I went to play against bots to test some things and for vehicles at least; it allows me to unlock the first equipment (repair) and then the 2nd unlock which is usually like a passenger option for ground vehicles and rockets for air, but after that no progress for anything.
