Progression not working properly for weapons and vehicles (Solo/Coop AI)

I find it funny people keep coming in and answering the wrong question and we have to keep explaining the same thing, over and over again. It would be hilarious if it wasn't so incredibly pathetic. In reply to their copy and paste reply, we end up copying and pasting our own reply. Ironic.
