Progression not working properly for weapons and vehicles (Solo/Coop AI)

Well people, it is now launch day across the US and guess what? The game still doesn't allow full progression across all modes. I guess they couldn't get their s$#t figured out in time. I'd say everyone who bought the game should be sharpening their pitchforks right about now to skewer the lying pieces of s@#t.
