Mastery 12 is hard cap for all weapons and character skins = you wont be able to unlock any T1 skins. All progression in solo/coop ends when you reach T3. Portal does not have even that yet.

  @HustlerOneRaven You dont get ribbons at all in coop/solo/portal and regular leveling is extremely slow since XP cap per match is very small.
