Progression not working properly for weapons and vehicles (Solo/Coop AI)

@Supernova_xoxoStill can't believe they didn't acknowledge this problem publicly yet on one of their Twitters or something. Even if it's intentional, they should still mention it...

Oh well, hopefully with all the news outlets talking about the issue, it just makes the fire even bigger...
